I first started work in consulancy in the early 1990's for a private hotelier and his family and have since worked for both private and corporate organisations and purchased and ran my own country town hotel and restaurant in Argyllshire, Scotland back in 2001, which I sold in 2004 and returned south of the border for family and personal reasons.

With over 30 years hospitality experience, knowledge and know-how I have been fortunate enough to work for companies such as British Transport Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels, Forte Hotels, Premier Hotels, Star Crown Hotels, Cunard Hotels, Collins Leisure, One Thirty Queens Gate, Education Learning Services and Academy of Professional Studies and Balkan Holidays in various positions and roles of responsibility within these organisations.

I am a member of the institute of hospitality and served on the London Branch as a committee member between 2004-2006.

Over the past few years I have worked within local government helping serve the community and deliver resident involvement and consultation as well as completing some hospitality consultancy porjects.

I have extensive experience in day to day management, sales and marketing, staff training and development, financial controls, acquisitions and disposals and I am pleased to put my knowledge, skills and experience at your disposal to help you shape your business for now and the future.
